For years, I’ve dreamed of showcasing this region, and now it’s finally happening! The best part? You get to experience Le Marche in a way few others ever do – not just as tourists, but as insiders.
From November 25-28, we’ll be taking our delegates on a journey (pun intended!) that combines meaningful business with immersive cultural experiences. Whether you’re a luxury supplier, a buyer, or a travel expert, you’ll get to experience the magic of Le Marche like never before.

Imagine walking through the cobblestone streets of Pesaro, the sun setting over the Adriatic, as you sip a glass of Verdicchio and mingle with top-tier travel professionals. This is how we’ll kick things off on November 25 – with a city tour, followed by a welcome reception at Charlie’s Rooftop Bar, where the views are as breath taking as the connections you’ll make.
But that’s just the start. Over the next two days, you’ll meet in historic venues like Teatro and museo Rossini where we’ve curated one-on-one Fam-Meet® sessions designed to bring buyers and suppliers together in a relaxed, inspiring setting. And while the meetings are important, it’s the moments in between that create lasting bonds – like when you see a local artisan at work, handcrafting ceramics in the same way their family has for generations.
Savour the Flavours, Feel the History
For me, one of the highlights will be the hands-on culinary workshop at Palazzo Gradari. Food is such a big part of Italian culture, and what better way to experience it than by getting involved? Under the guidance of local chefs, you’ll learn how to create traditional Marche dishes – and then enjoy them in the grand setting of Ristorante Lo Scudiero. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.
On November 27, we head to the countryside – and this is where the real magic happens. Urbino’s Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo will be our home for the day. You’ll be surrounded by rolling hills, nature, and horses grazing nearby, as you dive into more one-on-one meetings, followed by a beautiful lakeside lunch at Ristorante Urbino dei Laghi. It’s the kind of place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly connect with the people around you.
A Grand Finale You Won’t Forget
And just when you think it can’t get any better, we’ll wrap things up with more meetings at the Sala dei Troni at Palazzo Ducale and an exquisite closing dinner at Sala Raffaello in the beautiful Collegio Raffaello. This historic venue, steeped in the legacy of the great Renaissance artist Raffaello, will set the stage for an unforgettable evening. With a menu crafted by renowned food expert Filippo Polidori, this dinner will be a true celebration of Marche’s rich culinary heritage and artistic history. Picture dining underground in the historic halls of this iconic palace, with the menu crafted by none other than Filippo Polidori, a true master of Italian cuisine. This dinner will be the perfect crescendo to a few days of incredible memories, new friendships, and meaningful business connections.
