There are certain places in the world that don’t just welcome you — they embrace you. For me, The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston has become one of those rare places.

As I return for my second and third consecutive editions of Journeys at this iconic property, I find myself reflecting on what truly sets The Post Oak apart — and why, every time I arrive, it feels like coming home.

From the very first moment — the warm smile of Courtney, the bellman, greeting me by name, to the wonderful hospitality from Sophie at the 21st-floor Lounge, and the friendly rides with Irínio, the house car driver — every detail of my stay reminds me that luxury is not just about amenities. It’s about people who genuinely care.

In my career, I have had the privilege of experiencing some of the finest 5-star hotels around the world, organizing and hosting luxury travel events. Yet, I must admit, The Post Oak Hotel stands among the very best I have ever encountered. It’s a property that doesn't just deliver luxury — it defines it through authenticity, attentiveness, and warmth.
This week, as I lead the third edition of Journeys here, I couldn't be prouder to partner with such an incredible team. Their unwavering support, professionalism, and kindness have made our events not just successful, but unforgettable.
Whether it’s the thoughtful welcome amenities like the vibrant Houston Glow fruit plate waiting in my suite, or the heartfelt notes from Steven Chou, the General Manager, every interaction reflects a deep commitment to excellence.
At the end of this event, I will raise a glass to one of the most amazing partnerships I've had the honor to build. I am proud to be partnering with The Post Oak Hotel and carrying their name proudly to the Journeys Global community around the world.
The Post Oak Hotel is not just a venue — it is an integral part of our story, a partner in creating memories, connections, and trust.
Here’s to many more editions together, and to the wonderful team who makes it all feel like home.
Build trust. Do business. And above all, feel at home.
