Journeys and Regione Marche present a luxury b2b event in Pesaro and Urbino: an exclusive showcase of Le Marche's treasures

London – October 2024 – Journeys Italy, taking place in Pesaro and Urbino, Le Marche, is the annual luxury business-to-business travel event exclusively designed for Italian luxury companies to connect with top buyers from Europe, Asia, and North America. Over three days, this premier event will feature curated Fam-Meet® sessions, enabling delegates to engage in pre-scheduled, one-to-one meetings with one another in the authentic surroundings of the region, appreciating local artisans, the region’s food, and meeting in some of the region’s most iconic settings.


The event will showcase twelve leading private sector companies from Le Marche alongside the finest luxury suppliers from across Italy, offering a comprehensive display of Italian excellence. Supported by sponsors Curiousitalia, EnjoyLive, Oliveto Estate, Urbino City, and Pesaro 2024, the programme highlights Marche's rich cultural and culinary heritage, with Regione Marche as the main partner driving this initiative.


The event commences on 25 November with a city tour of Pesaro, sponsored by Pesaro 2024, followed by an informal welcome reception at Charlie’s Rooftop Bar, hosted by Lindbergh Hotels. On 26 November, a formal welcome by regional leaders will introduce the exclusive Fam-Meet® sessions at Hotel Charlie and Teatro Rossini, where delegates will engage in B2B meetings. Alongside these meetings, local artisans specialising in ceramics, leatherwork, sandstone, and painting, sponsored by Curiousitalia, will be showcasing their extraordinary crafts, allowing delegates to witness these traditional skills in action.


The programme will also feature a hands-on culinary workshop at Palazzo Gradari, also sponsored by Curiousitalia, followed by an elegant dinner at Ristorante Lo Scudiero, sponsored by Let's Marche, where delegates will experience the region’s finest cuisine.

On 27 November, the event continues in Urbino at Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo, featuring Fam-Meet® sessions amidst the scenic countryside, with the chance to interact with horses from the nearby hippodrome. Delegates will enjoy a lunch experience at the lake restaurant, Ristorante Urbino dei Laghi, within the Tenuta, showcasing local biorganic produce. In the afternoon, Urbino City will host meetings at Sala Raffaello, where delegates can access an insightful exhibition about the life and work of the renowned artist Raffaello.


The programme concludes with an exquisite closing dinner at the Sotterranei of Palazzo Ducale, sponsored by the City of Urbino. Curated by renowned food guru Filippo Polidori, the dinner will celebrate the rich flavours and heritage of Marche in the historic setting of the Palazzo’s underground halls.
