Journeys Italy 2025 returns from 17–20 November, and this year, we set the stage in Palermo, a city where history whispers from baroque balconies and innovation meets soul at every turn.

Monday 17 November: Arrival and First Encounters

Our guests will arrive in style, with transfers generously sponsored by Eracle Travels. As they settle into the rhythm of the city, the journey begins with an afternoon Palermo guided tour, brought to life by Sicilian Journeys, immersing delegates in the stories, sights, and sounds of this captivating destination.

In the evening, the Welcome Apericena at the elegant Hotel delle Palmes sets the perfect tone: relaxed, refined, and rich in opportunity. Over Sicilian bites and warm welcomes, first impressions become lasting ones.

Tuesday 18 November: Business with a Sicilian Twist

We open with a heartfelt official welcome at the Grand Hotel delle Palmes, setting the agenda for two powerful days of connection. Then, it’s into the first round of Fam-Meetings - intimate, purposeful conversations where luxury travel buyers and suppliers align their visions.

Midday brings a delicious shift. A Culinary Market Adventure leads us through Palermo’s bustling stalls before we return for a Market-to-Table lunch, where the ingredients of our morning journey transform into a vibrant feast.

After a pause to refresh, delegates are transferred to the magnificent Villa Igiea, courtesy of Eracle Travel. The afternoon resumes with another round of Fam-Meetings, followed by a serene Sunset Hour overlooking the Mediterranean.

Dinner that evening is an experience unto itself, hosted at Villa Igiea and sponsored by the Michelin-starred Locanda Don Serafino - a culinary journey into Sicilian elegance.

Wednesday 19 November: Icons, Intimacy, and the Leopard’s Legacy

The day begins with a touch of whimsy: a transfer in Ape Calessino (the iconic three-wheeled Italian vehicle), sponsored by Sicilian Journeys. Destination? The breathtaking Palazzo Gangi, made famous by Il Gattopardo, where guests will Step Into the Leopard’s Legacy through storytelling and immersive heritage moments.

Lunch unfolds within the gardens of Villa Malfitano, where history and hospitality intertwine. The afternoon continues with the final set of Fam-Meetings, set in the villa’s elegant halls.

After time to rest and reset, the evening culminates in our spectacular Closing Dinner at Villa Tasca, brought to life by the Città di Palermo. Whether it’s a Gattopardo-style soirée or a lively display of traditional Sicilian dancers, this farewell moment promises to be unforgettable.

Thursday 20 November: A Gentle Goodbye—or a New Beginning

As departures begin - again supported by our trusted partners at Eracle Travel - some may choose to linger just a little longer. Optional FAM visits, organised by Sicilian Journeys, Eracle Travel, and Lindbergh Hotels, offer a chance to explore beyond Palermo and deepen connections with the destination.
